The Christmas Toy Shop
There’s something magical about a toy shop at Christmas. The glowing windows, beautiful toys and excitement of wondering what might be waiting inside… This year’s set captures that nostalgic Christmas feeling and brings it to life for your little ones.
With rich reds, deep blues, touches of gold and traditional Christmas details, this year’s set is beautifully nostalgic and full of Christmas magic — the perfect setting for those gorgeous festive photographs.
And it’s not just for the little ones! Parents are warmly encouraged to join in too, giving us the opportunity to capture beautiful family photographs as well as all those magical childhood moments.
Every session is designed to be relaxed, interactive and full of fun, creating genuine smiles, excitement and memories your family will treasure long after Christmas has passed.

FAQ's
To book, click the Book button and select your preferred date and time, pay your £25 booking fee and you’re all booked in. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and we have no more dates for 2026. Please note your £25 session booking fee is non refundable if you choose to cancel your session.
Your £25 booking fee is separate to your package.
All sessions will be held at my home studio in Portlethen, address will be given upon booking.
These sessions are are a mix of candid/natural images along with posed images. The images you receive will be dependant on how your child interacts and behaves during the session.
Although I do my best to get smiles this is not guaranteed, refunds will not be given in the event your child does not smile in the images.
There will be an opportunity for individual sibling images and for parents to join in on the fun.
Sessions are per family and can accommodate a maximum of 4 children and 2 adults per session. Cousins and friends are welcome to be part of the same session, this will be treated as a single family session so if you want individual photos of both families you will need to book back to back sessions.
No, these sessions are suitable for all ages. Babies that can’t yet sit confidently on their own will need to be held by parents and or older sibings for the whole session.
This is really down to your personal choice, but warm winter clothes, party clothes and Christmas onsies will work well. Nothing cheesy and avoid big logos.
Sessions are 30 minutes long. Sessions run back to back so please ensure you arrive just in time for your session and do try to avoid being late for your booked slot as this will reduce your own session time not the person booked in after you. If you arrive after your 30 minute slot you will have missed your space.
Your online gallery will be ready 7 – 10 days after your session date and will be live for 7 days for you to select your images.

Online galleries will be emailed to the email address you have supplied me when booking.
All bookings are final, we have Santa for a limited amount of time and generally sell out quickly, so please note, no amendments can be made to your booking. If you do wish to cancel please contact me to discuss, please note your £25 booking fee is non refundable.
